Q: Will this work on deep scratches?
A: Yes. FixCarScratch™ works on light, medium, and deep clear-coat scratches. If you can feel the scratch with your fingernail, it works. If the scratch is down to metal, it won't work.

Q: What colors does it work on?
A: ALL colors. Black, white, red, silver. The formula is clear and blends with your paint.

Q: Is it permanent?
A: Yes. Once the scratch is gone, it's gone. Hand wash and wax safe.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: 7-12 business days to USA with tracking. We ship from our US warehouse.

Q: What if it doesn't work for me?
